• Design & Material Quality (10 pts): Authenticity of architecture (e.g., the Alang-alang roofing at Four Seasons Sayan); quality of materials (teak, marble, textiles); maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Amenities & Technology (5 pts): High-speed, reliable internet; quality of in-residence technology; premium bedding and bath amenities; state-of-the-art wellness facilities.
• Logistical Excellence (5 pts): Helipad access or proximity; ease of vehicle access; in-house fleet quality; backup power and water systems.

4. Authenticity & Sense of Place (15 Points)

• Cultural Integration (10 pts): Meaningful incorporation of Balinese art, architecture, and philosophy (e.g., the Subak-inspired design of Mandapa); offering authentic cultural experiences, not just performances.

5. Partner & Supply Chain Audit

• Aviation Partners: We review Air Operator Certificates (AOC), aircraft maintenance logs, and pilot credentials. We assess the quality of the private terminal (GA) experience at Ngurah Rai (DPS).
